Orders placed with online retailers

If you purchased one of our products through an online retailer, please contact that retailer for any issues or questions related to the order. They will have your order information and will be able to assist you.

Donations

Although the need is always great, donation requests for Kobayashi products have been especially high recently. While we try to help as many as we can, we are unable to fulfill any donation requests at this time.

Sponsorships

In lieu of donations and sponsorships, Kobayashi actively supports several outdoor organizations with the mission of sustaining and promoting outdoor recreation. By focusing our support with these groups, we are working to make the most of our resources to the benefit of all customers. Therefore, we are unable to provide in-kind product donations or local sponsorships.

Submitting Product Ideas

At times, individuals may express a desire to submit suggestions, requests for new products, technology, designs, manufacturing methods, etc. to Kobayashi. However, we are regularly conducting independent research in various fields, and there is a chance that ideas, new products, technologies, designs, manufacturing methods, etc. may not yet be publicly announced but independently developed by us that may resemble those submitted by the individual. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, and as a general principle, Kobayashi does not accept such proposals.
